Visions Off-Road 2023

For the first time since King of the Hammers, we got the whole crew back together and headed up north to Jay, Oklahoma, for Visions Week at MidAmerica Outdoors.

Unfortunately, the #4 car ran into some issues pre-running and had to sit out the rest of the weekend – with the exception of Chip taking off from the starting line straight into a tree (jokingly) for starting points.

Pip and Dave cruised along during qualifying and into race day where everything went smoothly until a quick turn out of the trees led to a rollover. They got flipped back over quickly – with some help from Chip – and finished the rest of the race leading to a 6th place finish. Even with the roll, they finished with no flats or major issues to the car.

We were there to race, but it was great to spend time with all the family – kiddos included – at what was more of a vacation than normal race weekend. From the pool to the knockout races and laser shows, we all had a blast at MAO!
